The Order Process of CF Electric Motor Co.,

My customer decides to place the order~~@@

The sales assistants take records of customer's needed product model by Telephone,Email, QQ, wechat or whatsapp and etc.

Then...

Check the price...

Check the stock...

If no stock which need to produce, the sales assistant should discuss with produce department.--->Then check price and leadtime to customer--->Last but not least, come to an agreement of signing sales contract--->We process as the sales contract~~

But sometimes customer says‘I have no motor model’...

In that way,

It is our technician's show time~~

The technicians take records of the customer's detailed requirements and determine the electric motor model through calculation and judgment~

And sometime customers say as that‘I want to develop new motor product!!’

1) Techinician, come come~~We need you...By recording the customers' detailed requirements, they evaluate whether the product can be developed or not and how many the success rate...

2) At the same time, our accountant will get involved in to calculate the product cost and estimate the quotation...

3) The technician and product department negotiate the estimated delivery time.~

The success rate,price and delivery time... all the information need to be informed to customer. This is very important!!

Customer accepts the price and delivery, then our sales person sign the sale contract with customer...

If customer cannot accept it, we need to negotiate the development case again. After the agreement made, our sales department make the order with customer and workers process as order requirements.

At the end, it is after-sales tracking and after-sales service. In brief, after order confirmed, what we supply to customer is can't be anything but suprise, suprise and suprise!
