Model CF2068EC is the successful development of a new closed loop stepper motor driver based on more than 10 years of experience in stepper and servo R&D. using the latest special motor control dual-core DSP chip and the application type vector closed-loop control algorithm, thus overcoming the lose step problems of the open-loop steppermotor, at the same time, it can obviously improve motor high speed performance, reduce the degree of fever and the high school low speed vibration of motor, so as to improve the processing speed of the machine and precision and reduce the energy consumption of the machine. In addition, when the motor is continuously overloaded, the driver will output an alarm signal, with the same reliability as the AC servo system. Of course, the installation size of the motor is fully compatible with the traditional two-phase 86 series stepper motor. The traditional stepper drive scheme is easy to upgrade, and the cost of the traditional stepper motor is not much higher than that of the open-loop stepper motor, which is only equivalent to 30-50% of the traditional AC servo system.

The ratio of static current and dynamic current can be set arbitrarily (within 0-- 6.0A);

Can drive Nema34 whole series of two-phase closed loop stepper motor;

Optocoupler isolation differential signal input;

Pulse response frequency up to 500KHz;

Subdivision 10 Settings (500-51200), special subdivision can be changed according to customer requirements;

With over current, over pressure, over speed, overheat, tracking error, tracking over tolerance and other protection functions;

Support command control mode;

Integrated RS232 or RS485 communication function, and fully support Modbus protocol instruction set;
