3-PHASE STEPPING DRIVER 3D722
3D722 Subdivision Drive
High performance three-phase hybrid stepper motor driver
Overview
3D722 is an equal angle constant torque subdivided driver with a driving voltage of AC 110V-220V. It is suitable for various types of three-phase hybrid stepper motors with a current below 9.1A and an outer diameter of 86-130mm. The driver adopts a circuit similar to the servo control principle. This circuit can make the motor run smoothly at low speeds with almost no vibration and noise. The torque of the motor at high speed is much higher than that of two-phase and five-phase hybrid stepper motors. The positioning accuracy can reach up to 10,000 steps/revolution.
Features
1) High performance, low price, low noise, excellent stability
2) Equipped with 8 levels of equal angle constant torque subdivision
3) Using a unique control circuit, it effectively reduces noise and increases rotational stability
4) The highest response frequency can reach 200Kpps
5) When the step pulse stops for more than 100ms, the coil current is automatically reduced to 20%-80% (set by STOP)
6) Bipolar constant current chopping method allows the same motor to output greater speed and power
7) Photoelectrically isolated signal input/output
8) The driving current is adjustable from 4.2A/phase to 9.1A/phase in 8 levels
9) Single power input, voltage range: AC110-220V
10) Error protection:
----Overheating protection
----Overcurrent and undervoltage protection
11)The volume of 3D722 is 200x125x70(mm); Weight: 1.4kg
12)Phase memory function (Note: After the input pulse stops for more than 5 seconds, the driver will automatically remember. When the motor phase is re-powered or the MF signal changes from valid to invalid, the drive automatically restore the motor phase).
Typical Application
Engraving machine, CNC machine tools, Packaging equipment,
Polishing equipment, Laser cutting machine, Textile equipment
Ceramic Equipment, Packaging Equipment, Rhinestone Equipment,
Computerized Embroidery Machine, Constant Speed Application
Current setting
1. STOP/Im sets the potentiometer for the output current in the holding state, which can be set as normal output 20%-80% of current (increased clockwise, decreased counterclockwise)
